Is Blast really free, or is there a catch like Evite's Premium?

Blast is free to create and send, with unlimited guests and no subscription. There is no paid tier to unlock. Evite's free designs are free too, but ad removal, envelopes, stickers and other extras move the invitation into a Premium package priced by guest count.

Can I send a Blast invitation by text like an Evite?

Yes. Blast gives you one link that you send from your own phone by text, WhatsApp, email or any messaging app, to any country. Evite can send texts itself, but only to US and Canada numbers; elsewhere you share Evite's link.

Which collects RSVPs better?

Both collect replies from the link without a guest account and show them in real time. Blast adds an email to the host for each reply and a private page with the running count. Evite adds guest messaging tools and plus-one management.

Can I use my own design on Blast?

No. Blast invitations are built on its animated themes; you personalize the words, the photo and the song. If you have a finished design file, Evite's upload (a Premium template) or a plain image invitation is the better fit.
