By accessing or using this Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our accompanying Terms of Use (our “Terms of Use”) and Platform Services Agreement (our “PSA”) – together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, the “Legal Terms”). This Policy may change or be modified from time to time. Your continued use of this Site after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the Policy periodically for updates. If you do not agree with our Policy and practices, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.
Children Under the Age of 13
We strive to educate parents and children about how to appropriately safeguard their privacy when using our Site. We are committed to complying with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (“COPPA”), which requires us to inform parents and legal guardians about our information collection and use practices. COPPA also requires that we obtain parental consent before we allow children under the age of 13 to access and/or use our Site. We urge children to check with their parents before entering information through our Sites, and we recommend that parents discuss with their children the restrictions regarding the online release of Personal Information (as defined below) to anyone they don’t know.

That is about you but individually does not identify you, such as the content of your User Contributions uploaded to the Site and incorporated into the invitations (the “Invitations”) generated by the Site for events (“Events”) you are organizing; and/or
About your operating system, your IP address(es), browser type and language, referring and exit pages and URLs, keywords, date and time, amount of time spent on particular pages, what sections of a website you visit, and similar information concerning your use of the Site (the “Usage Information”).
We collect this information:
Directly from you when you provide it to us, including information provided in the process of registering an account with Blast, generating an Invitation on the Site or when making a transaction through the Site.
From your email provider during registration or sign in to our Site, limited to the information that you agree to provide.
Automatically as you navigate through the site. Information collected automatically, including Usage Information, may include usage details, IP addresses, and information collected through cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies.
Information You Provide to Us
The information we collect on or through our Site may include:
Information that you provide by filling in forms on our Site. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our Site or when requesting further services or assistance from us. We may also ask you for information when you enter a contest or promotion sponsored by us and when you report a problem with our Site.
Information that you provide by generating and distributing Invitations or uploading User Contributions for inclusion as part of an Invitation.
Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses), if you contact us.
Your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for research purposes.
Details of transactions you carry out through our Site (such as purchasing an Invitation) and of the fulfillment of your orders. You may be required to provide payment information before placing an order through our Site. This may include, but is not limited to, your credit card, shipping, billing and banking information.
The Site provides users the ability to upload images, videos and audio recordings (collectively, “User Contributions”) for incorporation into Blast’s personalized digital Invitations. User Contributions are incorporated into an Invitation for the eventual purpose of transmission of the Invitation to third parties. By uploading User Contributions to the site, your User Contributions may be published or displayed (hereinafter, “Posted”) on certain areas of the Site, or transmitted to other users of the Site or third parties. Your User Contributions are Posted on and transmitted to others with your consent and at your own risk. Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of other users of the Site with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.
Please be advised that Invitations, including all User Contributions and other information and content contained within Invitations, are deleted from the Site by us 90 days after the Event takes place.
Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies
As you access, use, navigate through, and interact with our Site, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain Usage Information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including:
Details of your visits to our Site, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the Site.

To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it. For example, if you give us an email address to use the “send Invitation to a friend” feature of our Site, we will transmit the Invitation and your [email address/name/username] to the recipients.

Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information
We strive to provide you with choices regarding the Personal Information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:
Tracking Technologies and Advertising. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of this site may then be inaccessible or not function properly.
Disclosure of Your Information for Third-Party Advertising. If you do not want us to share your Personal Information with unaffiliated or non-agent third parties for promotional purposes, you can opt-out by checking the relevant box located on the form on which we collect your data (the sign up and registration page). You can also always opt-out by logging into the Site and adjusting your user preferences in your account profile or by sending us an email with your request to privacy@getblast.video.
Promotional Offers from Blast. If you do not wish to have your contact information used by Blast to promote our own or third parties’ products or services, you can opt-out by sending us an email stating your request to privacy@getblast.video. If we have sent you a promotional email, you may send us a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions or click “unsubscribe” in our promotional email. This opt out does not apply to information provided to Blast as a result of a product purchase, service experience or other transactions.
We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) on the NAI’s website.

Accessing and Correcting Your Information
We strive to help parents ensure that their children have a safe experience while using our Site. Parents or legal guardians can review any Personal Information and User Contributions collected about their child under 13 years of age, have this information deleted, request that there be no further collection or use of their child’s Personal Information or User Contributions, and/or allow for our collection and use of their child’s Personal Information while withholding consent for us to disclose it to third parties. We take steps to verify the identity of anyone requesting information about a child and to ensure that the person is in fact the child’s parent or legal guardian.
Additionally, you may take the same actions with respect to your own Personal Information and User Contributions by logging into the Site and visiting your account profile page. You may also send us an email at privacy@getblast.video to request access to, correct, or delete any Personal Information or User Contributions that you have provided to us.
In certain cases, we may not be able to delete your Personal Information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause your information to be incorrect.
If you delete your User Contributions from the Site, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Site users. As noted above, Invitations (including all User Contributions and other information and content contained within Invitations) are deleted from the Site by us 90 days after the Event takes place. Proper access and use of information provided on the Site, including User Contributions, is governed by our Terms of Use.
